Please remember to submit written plans to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) before making any changes to your property such as house colors, fencing, landscaping, etc. You can include a sketch, materials list, paint swatches, etc.
If you are repainting your home the same color or replacing rotted wood, there is no need to submit a "Home Improvement Request Form".
