ANNUAL MEETINGS
Our annual HOA meeting for 2017 will be held on Thursday, April 20th at 6:00pm.
We will be meeting at the SE corner of Tumblewood Trail - NOT BY THE POSTAL BOXES.
The Board would appreciate your attendance.
There will be an election of officers.
Pizza & drinks will be served.
-Scott Holuby, Jennifer Barrera & John Stamm were elected as board members.
Our annual HOA meeting for 2016 was held on Tuesday, May 24th.
Thank you to Rodney and Claudia from Diamond Management for being there and answering homeowner's questions.
We would like to thank our out-going Board members Wayne & Bettie.
Virgil, John and Ronnie were elected as new Board members.
John finished his two year term and decided to run again for another two year term. Virgil will serve a one year term and Ronnie will serve a two year term. Justin will serve out his remaining one year on the Board.

Two representatives from Diamond Management were there to answer questions and to help us through our meeting agenda.
